From Me To You is a private digital space where you can record the things you've always meant to say — letters, voice recordings, photos and video messages — for the people you love. Your memories are stored securely in a personal vault and played as a beautiful presentation at your farewell ceremony.

Anyone who loves someone and wants them to know it. You don't need to be elderly or unwell to start. Sudden loss can happen to anyone, at any age. From Me To You is for anyone who has words in their heart that haven't yet been said.

Click "Start your farewell" on any page. You'll be asked for your name, email address and phone number, and to agree to our PDPA-compliant privacy terms. Your vault is created instantly — it takes about 2 minutes to get started.

Yes — completely. Our Starter plan is free forever. No credit card, no trial period, no hidden charges. You can save up to 5 memories (letters and photos) and designate 1 trusted contact at no cost. Upgrade to Plus or Pro when you're ready for voice recordings, videos and more.

There are four types: Letters — written messages, available on all plans. Photos — with a personal caption, available on all plans. Voice recordings — let them hear your voice, available on Plus and Pro (up to 5 or 15 minutes each). Video messages — your face, your warmth, your presence, available on Plus and Pro (up to 5 or 15 minutes each).

On the free Starter plan, you can save up to 5 memories. Plus allows up to 30 memories and Pro allows up to 100. All memories — letters, photos, voice and video — count toward this total.

Yes — your vault is always yours to manage. You can edit, update or delete any memory at any time. Your vault grows with you as life changes. There's no obligation to finalise anything — you can keep adding and changing for as long as you like.

Completely. Your vault is encrypted and private by default. No one — not even us — can see your memories without your permission. The only people who can ever access your vault are you, and your trusted contact when they choose to activate your farewell.

Yes. Each memory can be assigned to one or more recipients — your daughter, your partner, your best friend. At your farewell, the presentation can be personalised to show each person what was left for them specifically. The Starter plan allows up to 3 recipients, Plus up to 10, and Pro up to 50.

Your trusted contact opens From Me To You on any device — a laptop, tablet, or smartphone connected to a TV or projector — and presses one button. Your memories play as a gentle, beautiful full-screen slideshow. Letters are displayed to be read. Voice recordings and videos play automatically. The presentation is designed to feel dignified and emotionally appropriate for the moment.

Very little. They simply open From Me To You, log in with the access you've given them, and press one button to begin the presentation. No technical knowledge is needed. Everything is designed to be as simple as possible for them — because the day itself is already hard enough.

Yes. From Me To You works on any modern device with a browser — phones, tablets, laptops and computers. No app download is ever needed. For the best ceremony experience, we recommend connecting a laptop or tablet to a TV or projector screen.

We recommend your trusted contact loads the presentation on their device before arriving at the venue, while they still have internet access. Once loaded, most modern browsers will cache the content locally. We are also working on an offline mode that will be available in a future update. When in doubt, test the presentation at home first.

Yes. All plans include access to our 4 presentation themes — Peaceful white, Warm earth, Ocean calm, and Soft rose. Choose the one that feels most like you. Plus and Pro users can also customise fonts and transitions.

Both give you exactly the same features. Monthly means you pay S$12 (Plus) or S$24 (Pro) every month. One-time means you pay S$108 (Plus) or S$216 (Pro) once — and your vault is yours forever, with no more payments ever. The one-time option saves you the equivalent of 2 months compared to paying monthly for a year.

Your account reverts to the free Starter plan — but all your memories are kept safe. Nothing is ever deleted because you stop paying. You will still have access to everything you have saved, just within the Starter plan limits. We will always notify you before any changes to your account.

Yes. Email us at hello@frommetoyou.live and we will work out the difference together. If you have already paid some months, we will take those into account and only ask you to pay the remaining amount to reach the one-time fee.

Only you — and your trusted contact, when they choose to activate your farewell. We cannot access the contents of your vault, and we never share it with anyone. Your memories are encrypted at rest and in transit, and private by default at all times.

All your personal data and vault contents are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption. We store your files on Cloudflare R2 — one of the world's most secure cloud storage providers with 99.999999999% data durability. Access to your data within our team is strictly limited on a need-to-know basis.

Yes, at any time. Email hello@frommetoyou.live with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered name and last 4 digits of your phone number. We will permanently delete all your personal data and vault contents within 30 days and confirm once done. Please note this is permanent and cannot be undone.

We take this responsibility very seriously. In the unlikely event that From Me To You ceases operations, we commit to giving all users a minimum of 6 months advance notice via email. During that period, every user will be able to download a complete copy of their vault — all letters, photos, voice recordings and videos — before the service ends. Your memories will never simply disappear without warning.

Yes. From Me To You is built in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We collect only the data we need to run your account, we never sell your data, and you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@frommetoyou.live.
