What's the difference between monthly and one-time payment? +
Both give you exactly the same features. Monthly means you pay S$12 or S$24 every month for as long as you want. One-time means you pay S$108 (Plus) or S$216 (Pro) once, and your vault is yours forever — no more payments, ever. The one-time option saves you the equivalent of 2 months compared to paying monthly for a year.
If I pay once, is my vault truly kept forever? +
Yes. That is our commitment to you. When you pay the one-time fee, your vault and all its contents — letters, photos, voice recordings and videos — are stored permanently. You will never be asked to pay again, and we will never delete your memories because of a missed payment.
Can I start on monthly and switch to one-time later? +
Yes — email us at hello@frommetoyou.live and we will help you switch. If you have already paid some monthly fees, we will take those into account and only charge you the remaining difference to reach the one-time amount.
What happens if I stop paying monthly? +
Your account reverts to the free Starter plan — but all your memories are kept safe. Nothing is ever deleted just because you stop paying. You will always have access to what you have already saved, just with Starter plan limits.
Is PayNow the only payment method? +
For now, yes. PayNow to 89586678 and use your full name + last 4 digits of your phone number as the payment reference (e.g. John Tan 6678). This helps us match your payment to your account quickly. We will activate your plan within 3 business days and send you a confirmation email.
Can I upgrade from Plus to Pro? +
Yes, at any time. Email hello@frommetoyou.live and we will help you upgrade. For monthly payers, you simply start paying the Pro rate from the next cycle. For one-time payers, you pay the difference between the Plus and Pro one-time fees.
What happens to my vault if From Me To You closes down? +
We take this responsibility seriously. In the unlikely event that From Me To You ceases operations, we commit to giving all users a minimum of 6 months advance notice via email. During that period, every user will be able to download a complete copy of their vault — all letters, photos, voice recordings and videos — before the service ends. Your memories will never simply disappear without warning.
How do I request deletion of my data? +
You have the right to request complete deletion of your personal data and vault contents at any time. Simply email hello@frommetoyou.live with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your registered name and phone number. We will permanently delete all your personal data and vault contents within 30 days and send you a confirmation once done. Please note that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
