1. About From Me To You

From Me To You ("we", "us", "our", "the Service") is a digital legacy platform that allows users to record personal messages, letters, photos, voice recordings and videos to be presented to their loved ones at a farewell ceremony. The Service is operated from Singapore.

By creating an account and using the Service, you ("you", "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when signing up — including your name, email address and phone number
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may not share your account with another person or create accounts on behalf of others

3. Your content — it belongs to you

The memories, letters, voice recordings, photos and videos you upload to your vault are entirely yours. You retain full ownership of all content you create on From Me To You.

By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never use your content for any other purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, privacy or defamation laws.

• Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Do not upload content that belongs to someone else without their permission
• Do not use the Service to harass, threaten or harm any person

4. Plans and payment

Free Starter plan

Our Starter plan is free of charge and includes limited features as described on our pricing page. No payment is required to use the Starter plan.

Paid plans (Plus and Pro)

Paid plans are available on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are as listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Payment is made via PayNow to mobile number 89586678
• Use your full name and last 4 digits of your registered phone number as the payment reference (e.g. John Tan 6678)
• Your plan will be activated within 3 business days of confirmed payment
• Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly — we will notify you before each renewal
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@frommetoyou.live

Refund policy

All payments are non-refundable unless required by Singapore law. If you cancel your paid plan, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Starter plan. Your vault and its contents will be retained.

5. The trusted contact system

You may designate one or more trusted contacts who are authorised to activate your vault. By designating a trusted contact, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your trusted contact will be able to access and activate your vault contents when they choose to do so
• We will act on the instructions of your trusted contact in good faith
• We are not responsible for verifying the identity or authority of your trusted contact beyond the credentials you have provided
• It is your responsibility to choose a trusted contact you trust completely and to keep their details up to date

6. Service availability

We aim to keep From Me To You available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to take the Service offline for maintenance or updates. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by unavailability of the Service, provided we take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress, arising from your use of the Service.

We strongly recommend that you keep personal copies of any important content you store in your vault.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@frommetoyou.live. Upon closure, all your personal data and vault contents will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
